It is intended to support clear pre-contract disclosure under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and the guidance titled 通信販売の申込み段階における表示についてのガイドライン.

Program pricing

The exact price of each coaching program, session package, workshop, or subscription is shown on the relevant offer page and again before final application or payment. Prices are displayed in Japanese yen unless stated otherwise.

What is included

Each offer page states what is included, such as session length, number of sessions, access period, digital materials, group access, and support scope. Items not expressly listed are not included.

Subscriptions and renewals

If an offer is recurring or continuing, the billing cycle, renewal timing, renewal amount, and method to stop future renewals are shown clearly at the application stage before an order is submitted.

Payment timing

Charges are collected at the timing shown in checkout or invoice details, such as one-time advance payment or recurring billing on the stated cycle. Installment options, if offered, will show due dates and total payable amount.

Additional costs

Unless expressly stated, prices do not include optional third-party charges such as bank transfer fees, foreign exchange charges, or internet access costs. Any required taxes or fees will be identified where applicable.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund eligibility, and any deadlines or deductions are disclosed on the relevant offer page and at the final confirmation step. Terms must remain fair and consistent with the Consumer Contract Act.
