1. Use of Services

All site content, materials, recordings, workbooks, branding, and course content remain our property or that of our licensors. No copying, resale, public sharing, scraping, or derivative use is allowed without prior written permission.

6. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Coaching and educational content are provided for learning and support purposes. Individual results vary. We do not guarantee personal transformation, earnings, financial independence, or specific business outcomes. Any performance-related statements must be understood consistently with the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations.

7. Privacy and Communications

Personal information is handled under our privacy policy in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Marketing emails are sent only in compliance with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

8. Availability and Liability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for direct damages arising from our breach, and nothing here removes liability that cannot be limited by law.
